This policy explains what LesGoo collects when you use www.lesgoo.in or the LesGoo app, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account: name, email and mobile number from Google sign-in and the profile you fill in; date of birth and city for age-appropriate listings and nearest-first ordering.
- Bookings and payments: what you booked, when, the amount, and the payment reference from Cashfree, our payment provider. We do not store card or UPI credentials.
- Studio and teacher details: studio address, rooms, opening hours, bank or UPI details for payouts, teaching styles and photos you upload.
- Location: only if you allow it in your browser. We use it to choose your city and sort listings by distance. If you are signed in, your latest position is saved on your profile. Block location for LesGoo in your browser to stop this.
- Usage: pages visited and actions taken, to keep the service working and improve it.
Why we use it
To run bookings, registers, fees and schedules; to show you listings near you; to send booking confirmations, reminders and fee notices in the app and by email; and to prevent fraud and misuse.
Who sees it
- The studio or teacher you book with sees your name, contact details and attendance for that booking.
- Service providers who process data for us: Clerk (sign-in), Convex (database), Vercel (hosting), Cashfree (payments) and, for email, Gmail and Resend.
- Authorities, where the law requires.
We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can edit your profile in the app, withdraw location permission in your browser, and ask us to correct or delete your data by writing to lesgoo.online@gmail.com. Records needed for tax or dispute purposes are kept for the period the law requires, then deleted.
